The Entrepreneurial Advisory Meeting was created as a tool to help enhance the results of the Business Administration Undergraduate Program second year's fictitious companies. The event has basically two stages. In these stages the members of the Advisory Committee will watch the presentations of the 3 rd year students companies' presentations. In the first event, in the beginning of the year, the committee will not only evaluate the presentations and the projects, but also propose the companies some changes, ideas, and suggestions. In the second event, near the year's end, the committee will again evaluate the projects. However, this time, they will also check If their suggestions, ideas, changes and implementations were followed or not, and why is that so.

Its aims can be summarized as follows:

- Promote and foster management and business evaluation knowledge transference, as well as bring the enterprising environment to the academy, therefore enabling the entrepreneurial projects developed by the students of the institution to be aligned with this outside context.

- Develop entrepreneurs who are able to proper manage and build an entrepreneurial project's concept, structure, evaluation and implementation. Build up capacity through experience sharing with the Advisory Committee to implement either technology and innovation-based or traditional businesses.

- Bring the coaching concept into the subject and to the students, with the presence of professionals with concrete and vast expertise in business.

- Gather all these actors – academics, students and businesspeople – to reflect on issues which lie at the border of Entrepreneurship, Business, Innovation and Technology.

The Advisory Committee will be formed by permanent members, who are currently from the following institutions: Banco do Brasil, Bovespa, FINEP and FIEMG.
